Registered Nurse

Job description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse in our Ambulatory Surgery Center to assist in providing dermatologic surgery (Mohs surgery) in the ASC as well as general dermatology clinics. The position hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday-Thursday and 7:00am to 3pm on Fridays.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program, BSN or ADN
• Active license with the Alabama Board of Nursing
• Current BLS certification
• Previous experience with dermatology and/or surgery (preferred)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support medical assistants utilizing strong leadership skills
• Perform routine clinical tasks
• Assist in Mohs surgery procedures
• Perform quality documentation practices

• Nursing: 2 years (Preferred)
• surgical expereince: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Required)
• RN (Required)
